Bad Breakfast
Its my 2nd visit. This time round its with my family. Everything seems to be as it is. Clean. Comfort. Good vibes from all the staff, especially one of your security staff who recognise me from my previous stay. She cheerfully welcome me back to the hotel. One thing doesnt change is the breakfast. As i feedback from my previous stay, the choice of cooked food is not inviting. There was fried rice and noodles which is alright.The chicken and tofu was horrible. Luckily for the porridge station, it make up for it. I will be coming again in July. Hopefully it will be better.

Good vibes..
Service were on point. From security to reception staff, they all have a good vibrant vibes. It feels good to be there. Not forgetting the housekeepers too. One thing that needs to be better is the breakfast. Serving the same fried rice and fried noodles on every morning is abit too much. Definitely theres room for improvements. Overall im a happy guest. Keep it up. For sure I will be back and hope to see some improvements.

The room was clean but the bed was slightly hard and aircon was not cool at all for the whole night and somehow aircon was intermittently ‘off’ The service receptionist was too slow and seemed having too much paper works?
