It's ok; nothing exciting.
The rooms need to updated as far as the decor. It would be nice to have something in the shower to hold the shampoo and condition , rather than a tiny soap dish that barely held the tiny soap bar the hotel gives you. The pool needs to be heated, as the sun goes down behind the hotel it makes very cold. Maintenance needs to check the light features. As not only did I notice there was a light in the lobby that was out, but there was also one in our bathroom and fixture had a small crack in it.

The people we encountered were nice very pleasant. However one of the elevators was not in service so we were on a tight schedule the next morning As were many other people and ended up having to walk down five flights of stairs because the elevators we’re not both being used. The AC unit was loud all night and kept my husband awake. Also the toilet was making a running noise most of the night as well. Not restful and inconvenient

My 3 night stay here was very comfortable and the location is perfect. Awesome shopping right next door, just wan! If I needed anything at all, the front desk made sure I got it. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are spacious. I would stay here again!

After I checked in the receptionist told me that there wasn't anyone at the hotel and that I had to go next door to Home2. My credit card was charged to both hotels for the same day. I have tried to get in contact with the hotel with no answer.
