No complaints
Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the rooms have balconies which is a big plus for me.

Very good
would absolutely stay again!
The staff at check in was super friendly and helpful! They answered any questions we had and gave excellent instructions for how to obtain the breakfast in the morning. Obviously the free breakfast is not big or grand but they do have other things on offer in addition. The staff at the breakfast counter was not as pleasant but when they opened at 8 it was immediately busy. I think if they opened an hour earlier it may spread out the chaos a bit. The room was nice and clean - we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The only complaint i could make was our sofa looked a little worse-for-wear and had a hole in the one cushion. I think this was a deal hotel stay for the price and luxury with being 5 minutes away from universal studios. The bathroom was huge - very nice and clean!

Wonderful overall
Was a wonderful experience. Nice kitchenette, wirlpool bathtub with separate shower, huge bathroom, beautiful view from balcony, and comfortable bed in bedroom. Apparently pull out sofa bed isnt the most comfortable. I was told by my daughter there is a bar that is uncomfortable across her back when sleeping in it.

Poor
I wish 'dirty' just meant dirt.
Let me start by saying I have been using Hotels.com for 7 years and I am a Gold Member. I have only left one poor hotel review (oversees experience). I stayed one night hear. I dropped my phone under the bed the following morning only to discover literal PILES of used tissues and empty bottles of cold medicine. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. Cleaning under the beds is a basic standard of service. Not removing dirty tissues from a room in the midst of a global pandemic is unfathomable. I stayed here based on the decent overall ratings. Upon more research, I see cleanliness is an ongoing issue. I reached out to the hotel twice in 3 days and was met with little attempt to offer me a heartfelt apology. Do yourself a favor, if you care about the health of yourself and your family- simply go elsewhere. There is no shortage of clean, relaxing and affordable options in the area.

Room-service stole my stuff. Don’t stay here!
Don’t stay here. My AirPods was stolen on the day of room service (we only requested 1 time room service out of our day stay there) the hotel manager basically did nothing and it seems like it was my Fault not putting my stuffs away while we’re gone. Other than this, room service itself was really terrible , nothing was replaced , we didn’t get toilet paper, no coffee pods, no shampoo , and not even trash can bags. We had to request again from the front desks several times for these items. Oh speaking of this, we had to go down to the from dear to ask for things because the telephone in the room doesn’t work and no one ever showed up to repair it even if I reported it the first say we arrived. They also charge you 11ish daily in addition to the prepaid room charge when checking in, which leaves no option for you not to obey since you’re already there. In a short summary, please please don’t stay here. Management is horrible here and you are risking losing valuable stuffs in the room.

Poor
No water in the room, hidden payments, awful
Breakfast... It's not a breakfast it's something what you can't eat. No waters in the room, first time I see that. 180$ security deposit for 3 night stay, and still not returned back. Today they deposited another 43$. My first and last stay here.

Good
The rooms are nice but so many people smoking weed. To sit out on your balcony that’s all you smell. Service is good but they need to clean up their clientele

Very good
No lysol
My stay was alright , I've stayed here plenty of times but this is the first time ever i got charged for an early check in fee . Very disappointing.... the rooms are nice and spacious but they lack on keeping the maintenance up to date . Felt the room not so clean and i dont think they use lysol anywhere so they might have their own disinfectant sprays not sure . Hope they stop charging early check in fees espcially when you arrive at 1pm at the hotel . Breakfast is overpriced and it isnt good at all . The cabana foods are so good and very worth the price .

Poor
No Point
No way to transport luggage to room, no carts provided, staff not very informative or friendly. Room comfortable but some things made it seem nit as elegant ( Hair particularly in bathroom on floor, couche and common areas, couche dirty, no soap dish in shower or towel racks. Restaurant food was the worst I've ever had at a hotel, lobby very small and none existing. No staff at all in pool area, Parking very dark small space in between vehicles.
