Wish there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Only mirror in room was foggy for significant time after shower. Our keys did not work for our stay and each night the tv greeted us with someone else's name. Uncertainty if the room was going to be ours or not when we returned each night.

Reba concert trip
Service was excellent, staff was very polite and attentive. Upon check-in we were gretted with smile, and we're unexpectedly upgraded to a spa suite by the General Manager of the property. The only think i would change it the pillows were too soft, but the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this property, it is close to tons of fun things to do.

Very nice, overall
The staff was wonderful, very friendly and professional. The breakfast was better than expected, the availability was perfect. There were some dirty spots in our room that seemed to be looked over by the cleaning staff, one pretty prominently on the bedside table, but that was the only downside.
