Stayed at the Hotel principally because of its location ( we where racing at Leopardstown and the Curragh) And it worked very well , clean and comfortable , pleased with our choice

Fantastic stay and amazing staff
Great location with all the services at your door step to get you around Dublin. The staff are amazing right from the front desk to the cleaners who welcomed you with a smile and a chat. Even when you have your “do not disturb “ up they would leave you fresh towels and tea and coffee on you door handle. Just a wonderful find in Dublin.

Average stay. One of the two lifts was out of order and the other one was broken on my second morning but was working for the rest of my stay. I'm a light sleeper so the tram line wasn't ideal. The good news it stopped at approx 11 till 7. Breakfast was good but its table service so if you're in a rush go a little early as it took a little while to be prepared.

Love Ireland!
The front desk staff were always very friendly and willing to help with questions and concerns. After my initial shock of being in a completely different country with no one to worry over and able to actually relax, I started noticing things about the room. The bed felt more like a box spring than an actual mattress. The curtain and wall next to the bed had marks and dirt smudges. The first elevator lift stopped recognizing the 3rd floor (my room floor) after a few days and was limited to the second elevator. Most days wasn't provided a breakfast card for the next morning. Had one the first day but then had to ask one or two times for one. The room didn't have an information book so couldn't order room service. Went down to the restaurant one morning, and the cafe matron wasn't very pleasant. It seemed like she was more annoyed that me and my friend (and guide) had arrived a bit late for breakfast as they were just cleaning up. The hotel info book would have come in handy. The room staff were good and even took out our leftovers (rooms do not have a refrigerator). The hotel is in a convenient enough location with a train stop right downstairs with a great view from the balcony (see photo - no room photos). Overall, was a pleasant experience.
