Never again
Bed had stains on the sheets and the pillows were disgusting, didn't even use them. Elevator was broken so I had to walk up to the 5th floor with my bags, then back down to get clean sheets and back up again. No good cable service, tv kept going in and out. No hot water, it was luke warm at best.

The property is five minutes away from the north fork airport. The renovated rooms are spacious. They have balcony rooms if you care to smoke and I think they have smoking rooms on the fourth and fifth floor. I stayed in the new wing very clean very new king size bed there is no restaurant, but they old they have a laundry room. Across the street from the mini shopping center supermarket in places to shop eat close by

Room was on the 5th floor with no elevators available. No remote for the tv no toilet paper in bathroom. I went outside on the balcony to smoke and there were empty cups and dog poop on the floor. The toilet was not bolted down in the bathroom. Went to sit in the chair so I could put on my shoes and it was covered in dog hair.
