Good value for money rooms in central location
The hotel is in an excellent, central location in Heerlen. It has a nice lobby and the employees at reception are professional and friendly. As a point of improvement, the interior of the hotel could do with some updating. It feels a little worn and out of date. And the hotel rooms could benefit from air-conditioning as it does get hot in the summer. The price of a room as very reasonable, so all in all it is good value for money.

Good hotel
Good value and the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a little bit dated but I had a comfortable stay and will be back in future.

Was ok.
Great shower. Ample plugs. Very small room, with no air con. Lots of restaurants nearby. Druggie hangout by public car park entrance, as a line female traveller a bit concerning. Car park is €9,50 a night, something not mentioned. Q park entrance behind shutters, not obvious to non continent travellers!

Exceptional
We came to Heerlen for a Festival and this Inn was in the midst of it so it was such a perfect place for us. It is older which we had expected, there were not many ammenities and no airconditioning. Definitelt not a luxury stay but bigger than we expected, everything was clean and staff were nice.

Very good
The hotel is in a very central location on Heerlen. The entrance to the lobby is nice, and there is a lovely room behind the reception area where you can sit and drink a coffee in front of an artificial fire place. There seem to be a number of areas that are suitable for larger events such as a wedding or party. The service at reception was outstanding. We visited during a heatwave and there was no air-conditioning in the room, hence the slightly lower rating for comfort. Overall a good stay.

Ordinary Central Hotel
Problem is you don’t really have anywhere to stay in Heerlen. The hotel is very tired and desperate need of sprucing up. You cannot use the bathroom sink at the same time as the shower. The beds were very comfortable however no mattress protector so you’re sleeping very close to where a lot of other people have slept. The stuff were lovely and very helpful.

Good
The hotel and room were nice and clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was cramped (single room) especially the bathroom and I thought that only one sachet of coffee a day was a little stingy. I had breakfast one morning and there were many empty dishes because of an early rush. It took a while for the staff to replenish the food. This is a city hotel and was much as expected. It was hot and I had to have the window open which meant the Saturday evening noise from the bar next door kept me awake. That is not the fault of the hotel though. Overall it was reasonable for the money.
