our room had an unpleasant odor. the grounds, pool and pool staff were superb. the restaurant has some work to do. you couldn't order any food from the pool (the staff would call but no one would come). you couldnt charge your meals to your room because the restaurant is separate from the hotel.

Been staying at Alisei for quite some time now. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the food in the restaurant is delicious. The location of the hotel is also a huge plus.
