At check-in we were greeted by an unwelcoming host. (In her defense, we did arrive while the fire alarm went off. We had to wait outside for some time until the fire department cleared the building.) We stayed in a two bed suite with kitchen. Our party was 3 adults and 2 toddlers. There were no dishes, silverware, or pots. We asked the front desk for kitchen utensils and they said they were out. The beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not available. I paid too much money for too little service. I will not stay here again.

Dog’s best friend?? Not this Hotel!
The information on the booking site pertaining to a pet, did not match the information at the hotel. Therefore, when checking in there were additional fees not anticipated. Even when shown the booking site, the manager refused to honor the amount quoted. She was not helpful and refused the booking site quote. Our family had traveled 300 miles and had no other option but to pay the fees because our pet was with us. The managers response was far from professional.

Best Extended Stay in Florida. 9.5/10
This is probably the best Extended Stay that I ever stayed at. The rooms were very clean and the service was very good. The location is nice too. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for. The feel was kind of like a Marriott or Hilton instead of a typical Extended Stay America. Daytona Beach is the only other Extended Stay America that I would strongly recommend because of the hospitality.

Even though we love to stay at this hotel and stay here often , we have noticed and actually stayed at other hotels in Florida that also have taken the COVID-19 very serious as with this hotel . That being said , these others have offerd at least some kind of a breakfast item for your stay. I completely understand not having a open breakfast but having a employee had out food or as with other hotels, cook and serve out of a hot pan to there guests. It was told ahead of time this may be the case but , like mentioned above all others seem to find a way . I may also have to do the same 🙁

There was no hot water. It didn’t matter if it at night or in the morning the water was Luke warm. There were also no towels in the room.
