Disappointed that the bathroom either had mold or the grout was dirty. Kudos to Madison at the front desk. Great customer service skills. She was sooo busy tending to everyone and with a smile.

Great room, good price
Jeremy at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. The room was clean and fresh - just what we have come to expect from Hilton Garden Inn. I was surprised that the mattress seemed older since we were in the newly renovated part of the hotel. The mattress springs were creaky and it seemed to dip a little in the middle. This has not been our usual experience with Hilton Garden Inn, so we will definitely stay at this chain in the future. Overall, it was a great room at an excellent price.
