Good stay spring break march 2021
It was a nice stay loved the room and bar .. bar furniture could use some updates very old ....the breakfast lady on Monday and Tuesday was more interested in sitting down and taking than asking people if they wanted the takeout breakfast .I would not have even known who she was if my friend hadn't seen her earlier making coffee...the front desk staff in morning is very short with people ... however the night staff is amazing..anastasia was great and also the older gentleman sorry didn't get his name . All in all great hotel will definitely stay again .

Just spend the extra money for a nicer place.
I should have known what type of sh*t show this place was going to be by the way the woman at the front desk checked me in. Didn't explain ANYTHING aboit the hotel and when i asked her she seemed annoyed at me asking where the laundry room is. The hotel is dingy and dirty. I had to re-clean my room when i checked in because housekeeping clearly didnt do a great job. The whole place is filthy. Housekeeping decided that right next to my door was a great place to put a pile of dirty rags that they had used to clean rooms that guests had checked out of. When i brought it up to the front desk, i was told that is how housekeeping does it. Uhm, put them in a bag and idk, maybe by the cleaning closet? Every time i ask the front desk any questions no matter who is behind it they make you feel like its a huge inconvenience. The first floor smells like hot garbage all the time, and the carpets are disgusting. For breakfast you do get a fruit cup, chew granola bar, and a mini bottle of water. The elevator is super sketchy, and most of the buttons don't even work. The hotel had someone come to trim the palm trees, and my car waant even under a tree... but was covered with tree bark and shavings and dirt. I had just washed my car before arriving at this "resort". Make this your last resort. Don't stay here.
