Very good
A lovely property in a lovely location. My only grip was we didn’t have a shower and the water in both the bath and the sink didn’t drain away. The water also would change temperature regularly throughout having a hand held shower.

Too noisy in courtyard and in bar at night. Otherwise, very nice riad.

Good
Very clean, good location. Very noisy, we wake up every morning at about 8 am because of the noise made by the staff during cleaning the terrace and other rooms. Overpriced, It should be a lot better for the price we paid. We got an offer for 10% on Spa but the Spa is closed.

It was a nice decent stay
Overall the hotel is good. Located inside the Medina. Depending on the time of the day, taxi might just drop you off outside then main square or inside the main square and then you walk to the raid from there. It’s a 3-5 mins walk from the square. Look for restaunt Monceau sign and you will find where the raid is . The room is nicely decorated. Bedroom is clean. Bathroom is large and clean. Staff is kind and even made us towel heart (swan heart for our honeymoon) upon our arrival. The only down side was that the raid is also a restaurant. on Sunday that we stayed, it was a Moroccan public holiday. The music from either the restaurant below or roof top bar above was blasting music non stop the entire night until midnight :( the bathtub didn’t have curtain and it was akward to take a shower without sitting down or else everywhere will get wet in the bathroom!

An amazing oasis inside the medina. A little tricky to find as we had a rental car. You cannot drive to the location but we found a fairly close parking lot (next to the police station), and then walked to the Riad (10 - 15 minutes). Great location, close to everything. Quiet rooftop that serves alcohol which is hard to find in the medina. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful patio, helpful staff
Superb location by Jemaa el Fna square. Small rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice rooftop and good facilities. Very recommendable although room cleaning could be better.

Amazing Riad!
This Riad was really great! The staff is excellent! The location is perfect as it is a short walk to the many sites of interest. We had drinks and ate a few times at the rooftop restaurant/bar which was so nice. The waitstaff is super friendly, kind and the service was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Fair
We called several times from the square where the taxi dropped us off with luggage, for help finding the Riad and bringing our luggage. They never answered the phone and we spend nearly an hour roaming the narrow lanes (with our luggage) looking for the Riad. The pool, the Riad’s best feature, was closed. Check in staff took our passports and left mid check in and did not return. Nor did they give us any information on where/when breakfast would be served, or about The Riad’s amenities. The bellboy had to help us find our passports and room. The room was like a sauna. I do not recommend.

I loved how pretty this Riad was, the authenticity of it, and how the staff were so accommodating and were very helpful especially when my friend got sick. There were cute sitting/relaxing areas all over the hotel. There was an excellent restaurant on-site, and they have a fun and relaxing rooftop in which a jazz band played one night. Although we did not take advantage of this, they even offer a cooking class onsite. The free breakfasts were also a plus! I will say that our cute room was small (Jafar) but that's what we requested and we were fine with it since there were plenty of places to spend your time relaxing onsite. Who stays in a hotel room on vacation anyways? The room was so clean and that's what mattered most to me. Your cab driver wont be able to drop you off in front of your hotel since the hotel is not on a main road (it's in the Medina). You'll have to walk there, but it's not too long. The hotel is near the crazy and busy Jema El-Fna square, and the hotel itself is located off a main "path" (I wouldn't call any of the streets in the Medina a "street" because cars aren't allowed, only motorcycles and people). The outside seems questionable, but i have found that most architecture looks like that in Morocco. Don't be discouraged because the inside is beautiful. Also, even though it looks like there is a pool, it's not a pool to swim in (just there for aesthetics). I would definitely recommend staying here!
