Nice hotel, poor service
Pros: The room was really large and comfortable, the pool was great, and the shampoo/conditioner provided was Bath & Body Works. Cons: There’s no front desk personnel after 11:00 pm. We arrived right at that time after a long day at the Parks and the front desk person was walking out, saw us bringing in all our luggage, said “hi”, and left. We had to call their sister hotel to get that same person back to check us in and had to wait 10 minutes. Additionally, all the hot breakfast ran out before 8:30 and wasn’t replenished (breakfast ended at 9:30). And, when I asked for a receipt or invoice for our stay, the front desk said there wasn’t one that could be provided since we booked through hotels.com. We just wanted to make sure the hotel didn’t charge us any additional charges. Bottom line: the hotel itself is great, but the service was pretty poor.

This is a great property to stay in while visiting Yellowstone! All of the staff members we interacted with (front desk agents, breakfast attendants, housekeeping) were friendly and extremely helpful. They offered s’more kits to use at the fire pit which was a neat touch. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as I’d like (found traces of hair and a few corners with dust) but other than that the stay was great.
