I would never stay here again.
So many bad things about this place... Front desk staff was unfriendly and unfamiliar with VIP Hotels.com perks. Being pushed to purchase excursions was uncomfortable. All of our meals were not enjoyable and very overpriced for the area. Guacamole had turned bad. Chips were stale. Fish was overcooked. When trying to leave they made us walk half a mile with our bags to the front of the resort because they refused to golf cart us or shuttle us, even though both options were available. Golf carting all over the site is annoying and takes forever to arrive. Hotel rooms are so outdated and not pretty. Water in mini fridge was extremely overpriced and no free waters were in the rooms. We didn't know we needed reservations so our first night we had almost no food options. Nobody on the staff was apologetic, helpful, or even seemed to care about us, our needs, or our concerns. I would never stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a few times. We love location, and the staff were friendly, enough. Views are incredible, rooms are spacious. Compared to our previous stays, consistency, and the “special touches” were missing. Maybe the cause is the properties growth, and the specialness has gone for good?
