I didn't stay at the property since it was absolutely filthy. I walked in and the receptionist was nowhere to be found and i waited 20 min while she was out walking dogs on her break. They are understaffed and the hallways are filthy and the floors in the rooms are as well. I looked at a room before booking and decided against staying. The walls have repaired plaster showing etc., and just a mess for what they charge for rooms. Do yourself a favor and remove this property from your website, you'll thank me.

Room was unsuitable for a functional hotel. Old clothes, shoes and a toothbrush under one bed, did not check under the other. Hotel seemed more like a halfway house and staff was not competent. Sending letter and pictures to Comfort Inn & Suites corporate offices. Do not make a reservation at this hotel. Other options in Palatka are available and not that much more in cost.

When we arrived it was 7:45 pm and no one was at the desk. we noticed a bell that said ring for service so we did and did again as we called the hotels number for 20 mins before an off duty employee went into the back office and apparently woke up the clerk to help us and the additional 3 people now waiting in line. After finally being checked in we went to our room which had 2 working lights come to find out no other lights had bulbs. Proceeded to set our luggage in the appropriate areas and noticed a pair of dirty socks in the corner of the room, now starting checking the bed to be sure sheets were clean. The sheets were indeed clean however had multiple holes in them. Very disappointed in our stay and will never return!

I was not able to stay my previously reserved booking with Experia because when I showed up for check-in I was told the hotel was full and overbooked. So...I will not stay in any of those and wont probably use Expexia again. This event could have ruined my Father and Son fishing trip.

People smoked right outside the doors and you have to walk through it. Our first room had mold and was in the process of being painted. The second room's bathroom faucet actually sprayed water out the back when to turned on the water. The third had a shower rid that was just hanging on. Somehow we got on the Do Not Disturb list, so our room wasnt touched for two days until I complained.

Vending machine was broken, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and a very rude cleaning lady. She had no regard for the fact that residents at this establishment pay her wages. The bed was comfy:-)

I had a reservation to stay here. After I flew in from out of state, I called to let them know I was omw. The desk said they overbooked and didn't have my room. They knew this early in the day, but no one contacted me so I could find somewhere else to stay. It was 11pm and I was alone with nowhere to sleep out of state. The clerk told me I could call them tomorrow and they might have a room for me. Terrible customer service.

A Coat of Paint Wouldn't Hurt either
Central air unit was extremely loud. I was hot so I needed the cool air, though hard to fall asleep because it was very loud. I finally couldn't take the noise any longer so I turned it off, only to hear another room's loud TV through the walls. This was all happening 4am. I then needed to put my TV on or something to create white noise. Toilet flush was very weak, low pressure, but I thought it was ok because it flushed. Next night it would flush water only and I made sure I didn't clog with paper. I asked for a plunger, used it several times but toilet still would not flush. I did not call for maintenance because it was late and I had already taken sleep medicine. I told the front desk the next morning.
