Great location, poor service
This hotel because of its location has so much potential, but it is not well kept and well run. I phoned them the night before my arrival to arrange for the free airport shuttle around 11:30am. They told me the shuttle runs every hour so I can catch the one at noon at gate #5. I was at the gate at 11:45am, but shuttle didn't come at noon, and it didn't show up at 1:00pm either. I didn't have any phone service, the driver of a shuttle from another hotel was nice enough to phone the hotel for me at 1:15pm and inquired about the shuttle and he was told shuttle would be there at 2:00pm. I didn't want to waste more time so I took a taxi. When I got to the hotel I found that their shuttle runs from 8:00am to midnight. I had to be at the airport next morning at 7:00am so I had to arrange for taxi again. The reason that I chose this hotel was because of its free airport shuttle and I had to pay for taxi both ways. I asked hotel to book a taxi for me to take me to the airport in the morning. They told me everything was set, but when I showed up in the lobby in the morning there was no record of my request. The TV remote control wasn't working, internet was very weak and wasn't working and hand sink was draining. The location is perfect and the size of the room is great, it is like a nice size one bedroom apartment. Breakfast was great and the view from 30th floor was amazing. I am not sure if the management is aware or care about the problems that I mentioned.

Huge room good services. Noisy Street
Our suite was huge. 2 complete bathrooms. Bed ws comfortable. We were on 23rd floor and Street noise was quite loud. Disco across Street went until 3am. Had to open windows to get fresh air and then the Street was loud. More than 1 or 2 nights is a problem. Otherwise ws a good place to stay.

I checked in after checking out from another hotel and this hotel is amazing!!!! The building, the bedrooms, the food, the stuff, definitely will stay again. Now my sister will be meeting me here in Colombia and just made reservations on this hotel as well.

Parking was not quite the experience, we had to go through bunch of stairs, couldn't find the entrance, no singing. Also i asked for a King size bed and i recieved a full almost twin for 2. I requested to be changed and they said they will call me in a few and never recieved a call back.
