Best hotel in Tallinn. Great location, rooms were first class. hotel restaurant and bar was exceptional. Within walking distance of old town and the newer shopping & dining areas of Tallinn. Would stay here every time I come to Tallinn.

Facilities, staff, location were all perfect. Taxis out front at all times. Next door is the multi-level Stockmann Department and Food store for anything you might need or want. The Old Town is a short walk and recommended.

Overpriced, false promises, unfriendly service
Only book if you want to be disappointed and ruin a stay in Tallinn. On the surface it seems like a luxury hotel, but the service and pricing strategy is that of a low-budget accomodation. The hotel pretends to include swimming pool, saunas and spa, however nothing is included in the price and there is NO mention anywhere about this. The receptionist at check-in told us that spa is not included and can be added for a fee, but gym, swimming pool and saunas are included. Arriving to the swimming pool/ sauna area, we are told in an extremely unfriendly tone that we need to pay extra to enter. We walk down to the reception desk to clarify the matter, only to be met with an extremely unfriendly receptionist who has no interests in the hotel clients' happiness. She shrugs the topic off and says in the most unfriendly manner that "you need to pay extra" even if only a few hours earlier when we checked in, we were told that swimming pool and saunas are included in our booking. The only positive thing with the hotel is a big hotelroom with a nice view over Tallinn. Breakfast was also generally good and both mornings we were met by a friendly man at the entrance of the Breakfast. However, our conclusion: choose this hotel if you want to feel ripped off and pay extra for everything.

2 Night stay...maybe better places to go!
Stunning hotel, lovely spacious rooms with great bathrooms, well looked after reception and corridors, fantastic skybar with great views across Tallinn. Tram stop across the road, 10 minutes the the airport and 5 to the Old Town. 10 minute walk from Old Town and plenty of shops etc around. However, I think for the price there are maybe better places to stay in Tallinn. Charged 15EUR per day to use the leisure facilities, despite not being advertised on hotels.com website or being told at check-in. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. Also had to wait in a 15 minute queue to check in, which for the standard of the hotel isn't good enough. Final bug bear was that we were on the 23rd floor and kept getting woke-up at 6am by footsteps above us, apparently not a service floor but definitely something (maybe a fashion catwalk). Not a Karen, just a Travel and Tourism professional.
