Positives: Room is modern. Clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. And gave good recommendations on activities and restaurants in the area. Very nice lobby. Cons: PARKING did not feel safe!!! It is self parking which is attached to the hotel. It is not monitored and there is strung out bums wondering around and on elevators. Wish the hotel had valet parking. Shower was tiny. Bed was old and hard.

DONT STAY AT THE WESTIN DURING COVID- THEIR CLEANING PRACTICES SEEM TO BE LACKING... This Westin seems to have had better Days. I stayed in room 319 and it felt like it severely needed an updating. There was black mold in the shower in the bath room on the same wall as the shower door. A sure sign of lack of cleaning. I stayed for 2 nights and I was working all day and my room did not get cleaned, towels did not get replaced and bed did not get made. I tried to have a phone conversation in the lobby and had to go outside because the employees and managers were having a meeting right in front of the main check in counter and they were so loud that I could not have a business conversation.

The hotel was great! Great location for what we planned to do. Beale St was right behind us! Reasonably priced (which may have something to do with Covid cramping travel plans for 2020) and great staff. The bed was very comfortable and I will say the room was quiet and ambient light was virtually non existent. Would definitely stay again!

Rates Should Be Discounted!
It was okay but i think the rates of these rooms need to be discounted a good amount because of all the amenities not being available due to Covid-19. Still pretty expensive considering the situation.
