Disapointed in service! Expected more!
Hotel was ok , service not so much! Our room was not cleaned until late afternoon ! Pillows were too small and too soft!

Bathroom mold is a drawback
The staff was welcoming and very nice. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. The bathroom in our first room had MOLD. They shifted us to another room which also had MOLD in the bathroom. Really they were extremely concerned when we told them but it seems to be a problem and one that gives me pause to stay there or recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed in Lebanon.
Shocked and disappointed that this hotel- unlike any other Courtyard I've stayed in all summer, penalizes you heavily for using a debt card. At check-in they required authorization for the entire stay, plus 20 percent, and $ for possible incidentals each night. I also called ahead and shortened my stay by one which they neglected to change at check in- so they took more out of my account they necessary. The front desk staff didn't understand, it took the hotel manager to understand and straighten it out when I checked out. She also bought my breakfast, but $12 meal didn't quite cover up the hundreds of dollars of inconvenience. She was a good manager, but her staff was lacking.

A relaxing stay in style
This was a quick stay while traveling. The room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. I did not have an opportunity to use the amenities.
