Monica was great, very friendly. The issue was that we didnt get our room until 9pm. It was exhausting and frustrating. I called to get an eta because they were short staffed. The guy manager was very rude and said just cancel and go somewhere else. Very upsetting to hear him not apologetic at all.

Nice, BUT can and need improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised that the room is really nice. Clean, new, and the nicely layout. Noise level is really low despite the location is next to the freeway. However, there is no icemaker (was told that because there's a freezer/refrigerator in my room - there is a couple of ice tray in the freezer, but no ice). Also, there is no hair dryer. Then, the worst part is the shower (or rather sprinkler). Water is trickling out of the shower head. Have to stand still for couple of minutes to get sufficient water to rinse of the shampoo in any part. After 25 minutes of shower, I still feel not clean, and probably use more water than my 5-7 minutes shower at home. Astronaut dry shower is probably do a better job.

Ok, would stay again in a pinch.
The check-in was fine and even though we were by the elevator, it was not that much noise. The room however was not that clean. There was still items and garbage under the beds and in the corners. The problem with that is it makes you wonder what else was not cleaned that well. The bed looked clean and it was pretty comfortable. Other reviews have address the cleanliness or lack there of, it seems like that is the issue and with this being a pretty newer hotel, it makes me cringe to think what this will be like after several years.

Hotel room was not clean. Found old specs of food and had to kill a few bugs including a couple cockroaches. When I checked out early and wanted a refund they wouldn’t give me my money back. I had to contact my credit card.
