Nous avions anticipé notre venue en nous renseignant sur l'heure maximale d'arrivée pour récupérer les clefs. 22 h ! De ce fait, nous avons récupéré notre carte magnétique à 16h30 avant de nous rendre au concert pour éviter tout inconvénient. A notre arrivée à l'hotel vers minuit trente, impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre. Un couple sort alors de la chambre réservée en nous demandant ce que nous faisions. après vérifications, nous avions tous les 2 la même chambre attribuée. Lorsque nous avons appelé le numéro d'urgence, nous nous sommes fait "recevoir" car nous venions de réveiller la personne. Au final une autre chambre nous avait été attribuée, sans nous prévenir et pas dans le standard quie nous avions réservé (1 chambre lit 2 personnes). Malgré tout la chambre était propre, prête. l'accueil à notre arrivée à 16h30 ainsi qu'au moment du petit déjeuner était bien . ( Je voulais modifier en 3 étoiles mais plus possible à cet instant)

Chambre parfaite. Acceuil samedi soir parfait. Petit déjeuner dimanche matin parfais je regrette vraiment beaucoup celui de lundi matin. Lait froid, 1 croissant en viennoiserie ( je precise 1 seule autre personne dans la salle), pain tres dur, oeuf brouillé plutot omelette et pas de saucisse de volaille alors qu afficher. Pour ce prix tres tres déçue. A mon prochain passage je ne prendrai pas domage
