Great hotel, well located
We knew this hotel already from a previous stay. It is well situated, not far from Akasaka Mitsuke metro station which is served by several lines including the very useful Ginza line. The hotel staff are helpful but nor intrusive and are happy to take in luggage in the morning before check on time. Most flights from the west arrive early morning. We had booked a superior room for the extra space it provides. The room was quiet and comfortable and fairly spacious for Japan where rooms are notoriously small. My only slight disappointment was that the mattress was a bit tired. I could feel the springs sticking up even through the thick mattress topper. Maybe time for a replacement mattress. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent. There is something for everyone, both western style dishes as well as Japanese style breakfast food. The breakfast room looks out towards Akasaka Palace Gardens and the shrine on the other side of the road. I would happily stay at the hotel again and am equally happy to recommend it.

Nice boutique hotel with strong heat in winter
We stayed in the same monetary Akasaka 2 tunes before. The amenities were nice and only thing needs improvement is the heat was way too strong during winter, and we always had to call reception to have staff to turn it down for us.

Pretty nice hotel
Great location, clean and tidy rooms. The rooms are tiny but this was as expected by Japanese standards. The breakfast was very ordinary - heaps of local cafes and Izakayas nearby that are much better value and more authentic

Fine hotel
Just about everything regarding the hotel was fine. The only negative is that it is 4 or 5 streets from the closest subway station.

Worth the money!
Everything was great! Slightly disappointing was late checkout having hourly rate... Other than that very positive! They have FREE cell phone(android smart phone) with unlimited data, and real number, you can have with you outside during your stay...

Very pleased
Great Comfy bed with choice of pillows. Nice bath for Japan as well, slightly larger than average and nicer :) complementary bottles of water daily and choice of tea bags in room was excellent! Kettle boiled fast too. Fridge, wardrobe, good air con. Quiet rooms and hotel. Breakfast was the best we've had in Japan, lots of choice of foods and beverage. Pretty hotel inside, good WiFi and friendly staff throughout.
