Different but adequate and worth the price.
The rooms are more like tiny efficiency apartments. The staff was helpful but not on site at the location we stayed at. The room was small but clean and very adequate. Housekeeping is available for an added fee. The location was fine, and it was quite quiet for being so close to downtown.

Great location. Tiny room
Pros : Location - great Bed - super comfy Cons : Shower pressure was great but there was worms coming from the drain and there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Room was sound proof which was great but there was a fluorescent light outside the bathroom window that started flickering on and off constantly from 2am which resulted in no more sleep for me. Space was incredibly tight

Great apartment, live like a local
Very good overall experience. The room was very clean, service was outstanding. I had a couple small issues with the key and parking and they answered and resolved both immediately (within minutes). It was a small apartment (basically one room with a bed, very small table a small sitting chair; and a kitchen (with microwave, toaster oven, stove top, coffee machine, fridge (no freezer). And It was stocked with all the basics, coffee, cream, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, paper towels. Nothing extra but had what you need. (Just a note if you're looking for luxury, this is not for you, it's basic). But it has a comfortable bed, nice spacious shower. Nice side street lined with brownstones; great location, convenient and very walkable to symphony/huntington area, south end and Back Bay. But also near several T lines. There are restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk in several directions. (But not literally right outside the door, which I didn't mind). I enjoyed living in a neighborhood rather than a hotel, and enjoyed the walks.
