Rooms not clean, small. But Staff is great
The room was not as advertised in the pictures, and was SUPER small compared to my friends "same style" room. I was not happy with the room being unclean on the floors and bathroom... But the size of the room and the having 2 beds pushed together instead of separate was NOT what I asked for. The staff are great and friendly, but the rooms and facility in general is lacking. For the price, I would have gone to many other options.

The room is very basic. Room 910 there are 3 distribution boards in the cabinet. One of them is noisy like you have a shaving machine on all night. Nice lobby 5th coffee and snacks in check in, nice roof top next to the gym, go there on sunset

Good stay
Amazing customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was fantastic. A short walk to the beach, and a short walk to the market. One area for improvement is the beds. Unfortunately, they are very hard and after 3 nights of sleeping on them, our backs were in pain. However, everything else about the hotel is great. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff is all amazing in the cafe.

Good location near the beach and lots of restaurants options. Hotel decor and condition were excellent all staffs were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the street in front of the hotel under construction noisy in the early morning hours and challenging to walk on the sidewalks. But I think this is only temporary.

FANTASTIC receptionists. Nothing was too much, got a lovely breakfast to go on our early tour, helped accommodate us with showers etc. despite being checked out. Great clean & modern rooms. Only downside was the constitution outside the hotel and too firm beds (which is a standard in Tel aviv)
