This is the ultimate retreat for outdoor enthusiasts! This newly constructed mountain escape is the closest home to the Heavenly Boulder Lodge. With a rooftop hot tub, a private sauna, and a magnificent living room, there's a lot to love about this custom home.
Enjoy a taste of opulent living with stylish finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The inviting bedrooms all feature en suite bathrooms and TVs.
Take in a full day of mountain activities, golf, or water sports nearby. Hit the slopes at Heavenly, kayak on Lake Tahoe, or explore the hiking trails outside your door. Then whip up a gourmet feast at the house before relaxing fireside for an evening of movies and popcorn.
The living room offers a prime social space for a group. It's light and airy, offering a TV, a card table, and picture windows with forest and mountain views. The spectacular kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Keep the chef company at the island or gather around the breakfast nook.
In the adjacent dining area, a dark wood table seats 10 beneath vaulted ceilings; views of national forestland offer a beautiful backdrop for dinner.
A spiral staircase leads to the gorgeous rooftop spa area with outdoor seating and a hot tub. A large indoor sauna is provided as well.
The property is surrounded by national forestland, with trailheads for hiking and mountain biking waiting right outside your door. For skiers and riders, the location can't be beat - directly at the base of Heavenly's Boulder Lodge, just steps from the lifts. You can also reach Lake Tahoe with ease. Four miles away, the lake's glittering waters are perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, and boating.

This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is enforced/patrolled 24 hours a day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the no-party policy will result in eviction.
There is no hot tub use after 10 pm. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced.
This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC.
Parking notes: Parking is available for three vehicles in the garage and three vehicles in the driveway. A parking permit must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
