They had not air-conditioning in our room , despite that it is advertise as an air-condition hotel. A bit noisy . Good location close to restaurants and the downtown Bariloche Staff not very helpful

No recomendable bajo ningun concepto
El servicio de lobby nada profesional. El peor NH hotel que hemos visitado. No tienen WiFi en las habitaciones (hotel 4*). No pude trabajar con mi laptop en la habitación durante 3 dias. Un desastre. Mienten diciendo que hay una falla técnica. En la factura figuran cosas no consumidas. Pague 20% más. No habia yogurt natural sin azucar en el desayuno. Solo esos yogures liquidos con mas azucar que yogurt. Prometieron que al dia siguiente estaría solucionado el problema. Mentiras. Nunca fue solucionado en los 3 dias que nos hospedamos ahi. Un hotel viejo, sin aire acondicionado. La estadía en ese hotel nos arruino el humor y los ánimos. Soy cliente asiduo de la cadena NH desde hace 10 años. Tenemos aún reservas pendientes en uno de los NH de Buenos Aires. Reservamos en NH de Bariloche porque consideramos que tendríamos el mismo nivel de los otros NH en los cuales nos hemos hospedado. Ha sido una pésima elección. No recomendable bajo ningún concepto.

The restaurant (La Tavola) was excellent— definitely the best food we had in Bariloche. And when we needed to check out early, before the restaurant’s 7:00 am opening, there was a small complimentary spread of juice, coffee, croissants and apples, which was perfect and delicious. I would have liked a better situated room (ours was only 1 floor up above a busy bus stop); but on the other hand, we were allowed to check in early. The parking garage is the tightest I’ve ever seen in my life. It required very careful maneuvering even though we had a small car.
