Hotel condition is ok. Looks a little run down. Shower curtain was old and should be replaced without a problem. Pillows are not comfortable at all.

Horrible experience
There was only towels for one person shampoo for one and soap for one, the pillows were horrible, no ironing board at your continental breakfast you only had one waffle maker, you had no fruit and you only had one tray of bacon and nothing on the top like biscuits and gravy

Bad experience throughout stay!
Checked in late in the evening. First night was fine; however the next morning we don’t have water to flush toilet ( tank not filling up). Call front desk, they tell me I have to wait til the service people come in! I ask for another room, they supposedly don’t have one! My spouse goes to front desk to complain and finally gets another room. Third day we’re out all day, come in late and room was not cleaned! There are no fresh towel’s and we need to shower! Try to call front desk from land line and phone is out of order! Get towels from front desk then shower water barely comes out! Then to top it off hair dryer sucks! Will not book at La Quinta Inn in west McAllen again!

Not pleased
I was not aware the room didn’t get cleaned everyday, we had to go get toilet paper and towels to reception! The desk chair was so old depilares and not secure!
