Did its job but wouldnt book again
The hotel looks grand however the rooms are dated, could do with a proper clean especially the bathrooms as old shower curtains and stained bath. Beds solid not at all comfy and the linen smelt fusty. Windows very drafty and noisy especially once the cleaning of the surrounding streets starts and bottles collected by bin men.

Very good
Not for light sleepers
Great hotel. Very central (and there lies the problem). The noise from Victoria Street throughout Saturday night/Sunday morning was non-stop!! The room was a very good size (the en-suite a little dated - but not an issue). Aside from that, the Full English breakfast was good. Just a shame about the lack of a good nights' sleep......
