Siloso Beach Resort, Sentosa

I will be entire honest in this review. There is a few things to point out and I hope the hotel/resort would do to improve these. Frontdesk - Staffs are welcoming and friendly, however the lobby is small and non-airconditioned. This would make checking-in unpleasant as Sentosa is hot and humid already. Cleanliness - Cleanliness on the frontdesk isn't good as dry leaves can be seen on the floor as not properly swept. Walkways to the room and lifts seems old and the floor is patted with rubber mats (to prevent slippery) and they have a musty smell to it. Cleanliness in the room is another issue. Ants can be seen on the tables although no food is present. Bedsheets seems to be clean but I do not want to investigate further in those. Comfort - Room is pretty small, with beach view being blocked by trees. I was here to spend my one sleeping night so I have no comment further on the comfortness. Condition - Hotel facilities are old and water suction valve in the swimming pool has a rusty look to it. Swimming pool is wide tho. Restaurant looks quite rundown. Overall - You can't expect much from a 3 star hotel/resort but I at least hope I do not have to deal with ants in my room. But I would say the friendliness and attitude of staffs are at least welcoming and nice to deal with.

Small room, unfriendly staff, mould and ants in room. Breakfast was a nightmare, have to fight to get food. Lovely location and pool

Outdated concept and poor service staffs

Reasonable price. Cheaper than other resort in Sentosa. So Don’t expect good condition. Not bad. Big pool & location good.

Disappointing room condition - small especially the toilet. No proper shower area. Water came out and wet the whole floor.
