Great Hotel Experience
Excellent hotel with very professional and helpful front desk staff. The hotel has old school charm. It is very clean and located steps from the Cathedral and plaza with many places to shop and eat nearby. My sleeping room was spacious and clean and equipped with a compact refrigerator and a electric hot water kettle for coffee or tea. The bathroom was also roomy and well maintained. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My compliments to the staff.

Perfect location for exploring the lovely city of Marsala! The staff was very nice and spoke English well enough to be helpful. They did not offer details on where to go specifically more just general information. Have a plan for seeing around and look up restaurants ahead of time. I highly recommend the restaurant Marinara just outside the old city wall! The fish is all fresh and the owners are very knowledgeable about local wine and super friendly. Oh and go to church if you are there on a Sunday! The music is beautiful!

Jewel in the great of Marsala
A few days before we set out from Manchester, England, I called to discuss our room needs and was greeted by a lovely, professional and friendly person Ilenia. Ilenia Kindly answered all our questions and did so and a reassuring way. We were fortunate to meet Ilenia when we arrived and she came to greet us personally on arrival. It was such a personal touch and was lovely. We checked in which was very quick and very easy. The reception team are brilliant, Ilenia, Angelo, Frencesco, Piero; they have time and courtesy to help you no matter what the problem is. Our room was well appointed and had everything we needed. The standards of housekeeping and cleaning were excellent. Our room was always a welcome retreat, and very cool. All the staff at the hotel were brilliant, in the restaurant, front of house brilliant. The location of the hotel is excellent and the bar/restaurant owners locally were very kind, welcoming and courteous. We had a such a great holiday and WILL return before or just after Christmas it was so good.
