Good Value for the Money
The motel is a nice, and it is located in the nicer area of Fresno/Clovis, CA, and it is a good value if you're only staying a few days. It is not the Holiday Inn, and it's used by many construction workers. It is comfortable place if you come with a positive attitude; or it can be a negative experience if you expect 4-Star service. Overall, we find it a good value for the money. Some things in the room were not in the greatest condition, but we informed management about it, and they seemed to take interest in taking care of the issues.

Pros: 2 queens with kitchenette was VERY spacious and a great value. Service was excellent. Smelled clean. Cons: TV was small and far away. Minor things like deteriorating tiles/baseboards and the bathroom had dirty walls.

Staff was very kind and helpful. However i was given a room in the very front that was outdated and not so clean. Ive gotten rooms here before in the back that were much much nicer and way cleaner.

The rooms where great! Very clean in the room and the bathroom. The beds were great except mine, it was a little unbalanced, I think the frame was broke, but I still slept well
