Delightful building, well kept, very clean.

Delightful building, well kept, very clean. I noticed others complain about how small rooms are, but our room reminded me of the boutique hotels in Europe--small, but very comfortable. That said, a surface to put toiletries on would be nice. There is a lovely stained glass window, but no curtain so the sunlight will wake you up. Small balcony with table and chairs is very private. The restaurant is good. Saw reviews complaining about lack of coffee, but maybe that was earlier in pandemic because there is coffee, loose leaf tea and hot chocolate in the lobby at all times. If coffee isn't made, there are French presses for your use. Lovely experience--we will be back!

    One and done.

Good stay, wouldn’t stay here again. Just not comfortable. Very small room and bathroom. No air, no screen on window or door to private patio(no view just the roof :) Very clean and cute decorations.

    A sweet little stay

I was delighted to find this historic hotel in a charming, slightly listing old home. Front desk young man was exceptional and the pub staff attentive. My room was tiny but perfect just for me even with a small terrace. The lighting, bed linens, and toiletries were perfect.

    Lodging With a Classic Feel

Beautiful historic B&B with excellent dining and cocktails. Make reservations for dining in advance. Beaches, hiking and wildlife a stroll away. Perfect getaway spot.

Room was really cute. Enjoyed the hotel as well, although the restaurants in the area leave something to be desired. Worth a visit

    Best vintage hotel in WA

Excellent vibe and the food and drinks at the pub were great. Will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

I love staying in historical hotels, but this hotel was extra special since it’s the oldest operating hotel in Washington. A beautiful craftsman with stained glass windows and mid century modern furniture. The pub inside was cute and made strong cocktails. Bath robes and cable were available in room. I am definitely coming back again :)

From check in this was a horrible experience. It took over a half our to get checked in after they had lost our reservation, and then we were put into a room that we could barely move around. The noise from the hallway was one thing, the parking is another, but the amount of mildew in the shower was disgusting. There was grey, pink and white tile and it was very obvious. We took video in case there was any doubt. With all of the charm the hotel has, as nice as the people were, the experience was horrible. Two nights with little sleep due to noisy people in the halls (no one answers the front desk phone, even during the day we had to call the pub), the fact only one of us got to take a shower thanks to a shower full of mildew, and a night driving around trying to find parking because we were never informed of any additional parking for the hotel.
