ibis Reading Centre (new ibis rooms) Hotel
We stayed at the Ibis Reading for three nights and found the hotel to be a great choice. It was close to the train station, which made it very convenient for taking day trips. And to top it off the bed was very comfortable.

Nice little hotel in Reading City Center
Nice little hotel in Reading City Center. Its location is great, and service staff was really friendly. Room was quite small so not the most comfortable hotel, but the price-quality ratio is quite good.

Noise all night
Didn't sleep at all the noise was horrendous .I'm in a wheelchair and only one lift was working which we waited 15 minutes for. There is a very high step to the toilet and not good for us disabled customers

Poor quality food, problems with door lock
Got locked out of my room as the electronic entry mechanism wasn't working. Tried 5 times to get in with different cards before reception finally came and let me in. I then couldn't go out again or I would be locked out of the room until someone on reception was free! Doughy undercooked pizza as well.
