NO TOWELS
The hotel is a new hotel BUT A LOT of hanging out. I have NEVER been to a hotel where you have to go buy you some towels because they didn’t have any and we had one clean face towel came back to the room and it was gone the housekeeper came and got it and DIDN’T CLEAN the room or replace the towels . I called the front desk they told me they was OUT OF TOWELS WOW

Great location for our needs, breakfast was good had a decent variety to choose from, one night we could here someone run down the hall, and a car alarm in the neighborhood behind the hotel. Otherwise it was a good three night stay.

Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience during our stay. We arrived to no towels in our room at 3pm & requested them. When we returned to our room at 10pm, one of our keys didn't work & we still did not have any towels. We again asked for towels when we went to get our room key re-keyed. In the morning, we discovered our shower didn't work properly. We called the front desk, who told us we must be turning the shower on wrong. When someone from front desk came to our room, they discovered that the shower really was broken. They said there were no other rooms available so we were out of luck& could not switch rooms. They offered a 10% discount on the room for the night, which we never got. When we returned that evening after 11pm (after another very long day of moving), neither of our keys worked. We had to go back to front desk to get them re-keyed again. On a bright note, the shower did work when we got back to the room. To say we were underwhelmed with this hotel is an understatement.
