Asst General Manager - what did I do to you?
because the Asst Manager didn't give a chance to explain I was locked out of my room at 1130 at night and actually had to sleep in rest area off of I-75 because I was accused of something that did not happen and she would not give me a chance to speak to her directly. I was also out 2 nights with no refund.

Worse experience I ever had.
Never ever ever stay here. Worst experience ive ever had. Stayed 6 nights they refuse to give me credit towards a free room. My credit card info was stolen and was ran multiple times. Never given a reason for them running it. Had to shut card off.

Terrible
The bed was the worst thing I have ever seen. There was a HUGE crater in the middle. It was almost like something big had been sitting in the bed for years and the center was at least 10 inches lower than the sides. I could not sleep at all.

Overall, it was fine. My room was clean, though the tub a bit dated and in need of replacement. I was very disappointed, however, at the lack of masks. I know Florida’s governor has removed many restrictions, but I was troubled at the lack of masks. Even though there is a sign on the entrance requiring masks, no staff (including multiple front desk workers) or guests were wearing them! Also, they no longer have a hot breakfast - only pastries, coffee and juice. I found it strange that they’d do away with the hot breakfast because of COVID, but then not bother to wear masks! I probably wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately due to lack of COVID measures and the misrepresentation of amenities provided.

Nice place for short getaway.
Overall a great place to stay for a short weekend getaway. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Water pressure was not very strong and Hot water ran out pretty fast. Would stay again!
