not again
I was in town with my kids for a baseball tournament which we attend every year. We arrived in town around midnight, checked in, and everything seemed great. However, the next day when we arrived back to the room it had not been cleaned or refreshed with linens, etc. When I called the front desk, I was informed that this property is a timeshare and they do not offer daily housekeeping. In fact, for our four, days we had to call daily for more towels and were told to leave our trash outside our door. As we walked from our room to the elevator I noticed full trash bags outside five other rooms. If this is their policy, I wish I had been told when we checked in, or at least had the option of requesting housekeeping service. A lesser concern, but still pretty annoying was lack of a parking pass when we checked in. Granted, it was around midnight, but the front desk staff just shrugged and told me, "don't worry - we aren't towing tonight," and suggested I check with concierge in the morning. I did so, and was pinned for about 15 minutes while she rattled off her asinine timeshare speech and tried to talk up the high-value prizes I could win just by attending her meeting. "Oh! And please! Here is my cell number - we never answer the hotel phone, so just text me!" On the plus side, the beds were fine, the kitchen was clean, the pool area was great. While the kids had a great time and overall we had a good trip, I would not stay here again.

I'd stay again
Had this hotel not advertise a nice restaurant and bar my review woud have been better. BUt saying that I highly recommend this location to be near the ned of the strip in Vegas. If Gambling is not your main goal, this location is a nice choice. Comfortable, off the main hassle of the strip but close enough to everything. I did not get daily room cleaning but I did not need it on the 3 day stay. They do have a bar next to the pool and you can get breakfast cooked to order. Just not full menu.

Good quality for the money
Pros: Excellent property located very close to the Strip. the suits are equipped with full kitchen including all utensils, there are HD TVs in both bedroom and living room with premium channels, and fast internet. Very friendly personnel. There is breakfast available at the bar in the lobby at very reasonable price. Cons: they will try to sell you the Wyndham Resorts time share. There is no regular house keeping, only if you request it. The bathroom and shower share the same room, but the space is tiny tiny.
