Fundamentally filthy

No accessibility to dining room and the larger "club room" was totally inadequate. Phone was broken, and they were unable to process refunds because "the manager was away". The room was fundamentally filthy, with layers of dust everywhere, and even an old lollipop behind the bedside cabinet.
