Fair to middling..
Car Park was the biggest issue .. Tight as a drum and a free for all .. Waiting staff excellent.. Rooms were tired but adequate ..

Not my Cup of Tea
For the price the hotel was ok. Not my cup of tea but others seem to like it. Comfortable bed. Food was ok. My room was tired holes in wall, leaky shower and the walls paper thin. Pitlochry hotels are way overpriced so this hotel provides one of the more affordable options

Desperately in need of renovation
Room had holes in the wall, shower dripped all night. Decided not to even use the shower as it was filthy.

Good value hotel in central location.
Central location was reason for choosing this hotel. The one downside was limited hotel parking (£10 first night and £5 thereafter) but I found on-street parking not too far away. The hotel dealt well with COVID19 restrictions, but this inevitably means no room service and a limited choice at breakfast. Well done to friendly staff. The rabbit warren of corridors linking the various historic parts of the building, requires lots of fire doors and small changes in level which inevitably take a battering from people carrying luggage. But the bedroom was well decorated and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Value for money stay
Great overnight stay in Pitlochry and very good value for money - staff great and lovely breakfast with check out 11am which was superb Only thing some parts of the hotel need freshened up holes on bathroom walls and insecure radiators with wires exposed on the first floor near the lift but these could be rectified Garden area is very well presented with plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax and the hotel complies with current Covid regulations very well without having a disruptive effective on our stay Well done

Restaurant Heaven
I stayed in a single room which was a comfortable size for one. It had a desk which was a bonus. The bed was really poor, lots of springs popping all over the place when lying on it, not a comfortable experience. The en suite had three broken floor tiles and a broken toilet roll holder. The shower had great pressure and was as hot as you wanted it to be, however the shower doors didn't close properly which caused the floor to get pretty wet (and slippy). The decor in the room was a bit run down. One thing I did like was the variety of lighting options. Saying all that, it was not too bad, I've stayed in a lot worse. The real stars of the show were the restaurant food and the restaurant staff. Honestly, the food was fantastic and the staff operated like a well oiled machine; polite, considerate, efficient, attentive, friendly and quick. I ordered the steamed salmon fillet for dinner one night. It was perfectly cooked and a very generous size. All in, I'd say this is great value for a couple of nights half board if you're a lone traveler.

Basic clean rooms.
Room was basic and clean. We had to ask them to clean our shower head, which was done prompt. Food was good but not anything special. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely Couple of Days in Pitlochry
Stayed for 2 nights B&B. Room was spacious and cosy. Coffee machine was great. Breakfast was lovely. Had dinner in the main restaurant which was delicious and we could not fault. Overall had a lovely couple of days away.
