Overall, great stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near Penn Station. When I walked through the doors I was sure if I was at the hotel as it isn’t your typically front desk. The front desk is off to the side and seemed more like a cubicle. Once I confirmed I was at the right location I was informed that I had an outstanding balance which was not the case. I had to show proof of payment and confirmation from the booking site. After a few minutes a call was made to the hotel manger who confirmed I did not have a balance! The room was clean and pleasant. There was an issue with the window not closing but was rectified but a prompt maintenance worker. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely return. Pay attention to possible double charges!

Hotel was nice & convenient; Hotels.com unequipped
The hotel and rooms were very nice. No complaints on the actual stay. However, during the booking and payment, I received multiple emails that my reservation was canceled. Had to make multiple phone calls to the hotel to confirm the stay. When I arrived, my reservation was there, however, the room type was different. My friend and I split the rooms, and he had to read his credit card number out loud in the public lobby in front of everyone. Additionally, he got charged for his room and I got charged double for my room and his room. Overall, the connection between the hotel and hotels.com is garbage and needs to be improved.
