This hotel was a superstar from the second we got there up until we left. First off - the hotel is impeccably maintained and cleaned. Beautifully designed with amenities overlooking the city. When I asked for an ATM, I was personally accompanied to one. When we requested a shuttle upon our departure for 12 + luggage, we were booked an amazing 29 seater for our crew. The service was top notch. Cocktails at Miss Thu on the top floor are a must. 20 stars out of 10 stars! Highly recommend.

Stay On Cloud 9 In The Heart Of HCM
Loved the central location of this hotel, so convenient as it sits within a premium mall, so food choices were abundant and the brands located within the building were well known, so you'd be assured of quality. The designers gave the property an avantgarde look & feel, which made the experience all the more unique and memorable. Staff were always at the ready and accommodating to my needs. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return when I visit this city again!
