Bad Experience!
This resort was not what I expected or what was mentioned during my booking. It was absolutely terrible... and the odor was unbearable!! I immediately became ill. All the seaweed on the beach pilled high as a 3ft wall was closed due to the horrific smell and erosion & pollution. I've never smelled or seen anything like this before, especially at a resort. I do not recommend this place for staying.

Everyone was so nice, food was good, the rooms were great, properly beautiful! My only complaint was the room service did not come by our entire trip. We had to ask for towels, ran out of toilet paper, empty our own trash can, etc. A couple days into the trip someone came by and said they would come back after lunch and never did. Otherwise everything was AWESOME! Would totally recommend!

There was barely any food. Beach was inaccessible due to tons of sea weed. Cost us a fortune to get into town to actully get food to eat since there wasn’t much at the resort. When I contacted Expedia to complain Expedia called the resort and then we were treated worse even being laughed at and told by a female staff member she knew I complained. We also paid $400 for a PRIVATE tour of the island that was not private and even our tour guide Joe was under the impression it was private. He was the only good part of our trip. It’s kindness. THE RESORT WAS AWFUL THERE WAS BARLEY ANY FOOD OFFERINGS THEY WERE EVEN MORE RUDE AFTER EXPEIDA CALLED AND COMPLAINED FOR US.
