The hotel is good, very well situated for meetings in the European institutions. There is not an open restaurant during the day. Only till 11 am and then opens at 4 pm.

We stayed less than 10 hours of a two night booking!!! The shower had mold and hair coming up out of it overflowing the floor. Window shades didn’t work. We got to hotel at 9:30pm they had parking in hotel parking. Went out for a few hours, to come back to no parking in hotel parking spot. At this time is was raining and we already checked into parking and needed to pay because they had no spots. Had to drive 10-15min looking for parking elsewhere. Was told the manager will be in at 7am so we can talk to him or her. So we went down at 7:30am and was told by new friendly staff that the manager was out till Monday. So we checked out , and drove 3 hours back home. Still waiting on a call or email, and a reply and refund…
