Make meal times a breeze in the fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The dinette seats for and the dining table is set for six. For a special treat, fire up the private gas grill and dine al fresco on the fully-furnished, screened lanai. Relax in the living or family room with seating for six and watch your favorite movies and shows. Choose from 125 TV channels plus HD and streaming on the 70” flatscreen Smart TV. High-speed wireless internet is also provided, making this a great option for Zoom calls, remote work/schooling, and streaming media

At the end of fun-filled day, enjoy a good night’s sleep in one of three fully-furnished bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, shoe closet, and en suite with

standing shower. The second bedroom offers a walk-in closet with an iron and ironing board provided for guest convenience. The third bedroom has a trundle bed consisting of two twin beds, perfect for kids.. A work space with a desk and chair allows for remote work or schooling. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.



A two-car garage also houses the private washer/dryer and beach equipment including chairs and a cooler.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)



The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
