The hotel is amazing, staff could not be more helpful, hotel kept beautifully and breakfast was perfect! The room was spotlessly clean, decor was perfect and bath products smelt amazing, however as a family of 4 we all found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable, therefore we did not sleep well, woke the next day all exhausted and this was so disappointing. This did impact on our next day in London as we all felt so tired we actually cut our day short. The hotel was lovely but unfortunately we would not stay again due to bed comfort.

Our family of 4 spent the US Thanksgiving long-weekend here while exploring London. Excellent room size, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, and proximity to the Waterloo Underground station made this a perfect place for us to stay.

stayed in Parliament View room 519 at top floor.Room was good with a little view of london eye and Big ben etc.All toiletries including hair conditioner provided.Dental care, nail file , a comb and bathroom slippers provided as expected.A lockable safe,kettle and a fridge ( empty). NEGATIVES: No info about parking at the time of booking which was given after check in so no use.Prebooked Q Park Westminster which us about 20mins walk.Poor check in service, took long time fir unexplained reason. Booking was already paid but was asked to pay £100 for "incidentals" to be reimbursed later.No info about this at the time of booking.Has not been reurned until next day at the time of writing this but hopefully will be.No 3 mobile sginals in the room except late at night.No info available in the room about wifi.When telephoned , gave after waiting for a long time.Not good noise proofing.Room walls vibrated when some cleaner moved stuff nearby.Old rusted windows not fully wind proof.Breakfast left a lot to be desired and I mean a lot.Did not expect thus from a hotel of this standard but will not go into detail.Whatever breakfast it was, it was of a good qualitythough.You can choose one hot and one cold option and will have to pay for anything extra.Will leave thirsty if you dont ask for juic / drink repeatedly as it is served on tbe table.Check out..called express check out where a staff member tookj keys from you and had no idea what to do about incidentals charge.
