Integrated in the deliberately preserved wild nature it transmits the feeling of living nature even inside the house. Carefully thought mild colours in the interiors and exteriors, the use of natural materials like local granite, wood, metal, linen and smart technologies makes this villa very functional, friendly and enjoyable to stay in. High level of privacy due to the natural landscape with high rocks and the panoramic sea view. The property is well protected from the typical local winds. Infinity swimming pool is there to refresh your body and enjoy the sea view.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and an exit outside. All rooms are air-conditioned. Living room with Well equipped modern kitchen with a big fridge, ice machine and a wine fridge.

The space inside is open and the flow from one room to another is smooth and unnoticed. Whenever you wish though you can close any room with sliding doors.

A great furnished outside terrace with an unforgettable panoramic sea view is a great place to enjoy at any moment of the day. The outside kitchen equipped with barbecue and a rare one piece wooden dining table is a lovely spot to unite with friends and family.

Porto Rafael is a little touristic village with very calm and friendly atmosphere. It is a place to relax and enjoy the unique nature of Sardinia. Don't worry if you like active vacation. The boat rentals and sea sports are available at a walking distance or 5 minutes by car in Palau. Golf lovers can get to Pevero Golf Club in 30 minutes by car. Porto Cervo with its fashionable boutiques and restaurants is the same distance.
