Comfy bed😊 I arrived at 3 a.m. from the hospital. The front desk clerk was very helpful. I requested a room close because my wheelchair was at home. He gave me the first room from the desk and breakfast area so I only had to hobble 10 ft😊

Hotel was ok
The hotel itself was ok. The front staff was friendly but the reason for my low rating was due to the fact that we stayed 4 nights and had to ask every day to have our room serviced. Very small garbage cans, and we ran out of toilet paper as it was not relaced until the 4th night. Had to hang out in the lobby each time we requested. The 3rd morning we even told the front desk before we left for several hours, came back late afternoon and it still had not been cleaned. Nice gym and pool area. Breakfast was decent before 9am after that it was really busy, only 1 person working it and she was working hard but could not keep up. When food was put into the warming trays it was maybe too much so it was luke warm at best. Good variety of food though, very busy, lots of guests were slobs and made a mess and did not bother to clean up after themselves. Be aware of limited street parking which is the least expensive way to go. Decent location to downtown area.

Housekeeping was less than satisfactory. Didn't vacuum room once in 8 days and did not wipe off the desk or tables at all. One day they didn't even clean the room. Not sufficient towels most days. Leaky faucet that was not fixed and I had notified the front desk. Lack of free parking was inconvenient. Front desk only appeared to be helpful. Won't recommend or stay here again.
