This will be short because it’s been a while. I really like the Ruby hotels and this one is no exception. Nice, clean, good location. I really enjoyed this as a home base to explore the city.

Location near the train station is a bit loud but very convenient. Just a short walk for the city center. The staff was great.

6/10 Good

Location was great for our purpose. We were there during Oktoberfest so expected prices to be high, but this definitely wasn’t worth the price. Air Con was weak, shower and toilet were in the room, loud noise from the street. Staff at the bar helpful-ish. Rooftop not staffed.

Good location. Don’t like self check-in screens. Taking so long. Prefer human check in

This hotel wasn’t for me but will definitely appeal to some. If you like citizen M, you will like this. Really lovely and engaging staff. A nice social area - which is where the hotel focussed on. The room is basic…one and a half soft pillows and a very odd duvet which was small and very thin. The shower opens into the toilet and the sink is in the room. It is functional and well-designed. Perhaps not suitable for 2 people to share. A good location and a nice outdoor terrace.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is located in a slightly rough area, but it is very central and a short walk to the old town. Otherwise, it is a modern hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff. The room was stylish, but a bit warm.

Location is amazing! Very cool, hip, funky hotel with beautiful white rooms. Small but functional. Nice vibe in bar.

6/10 Good

Lovely modern hotel in good location. AC was poor throughout the hotel particularly in the room we had for our children. We should have insisted on switching rooms in hindsight. Staff tried to help by changing settings but I think there was just a general issue with the AC as the bar was much too warm also.

Only there overnight. Very funky place, comfortable bed, nice rooftop terrace and reasonable breakfast. On issue was room too hot with thermostat apparently locked on 23c.

10/10 Exceptional

Really nice hotel close to the Old Town in Munich. Lovely bar area and the rooms were amazing. Room amenities were a strange choice. I'm a guitarist myself and loved the amp in the room but given the choice would have preferred a nice coffee machine. Free reign on the guitars in the bar was enough, I think being able to bring them back to your room is asking for trouble from people not respecting noise levels. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, the staff were especially very nice and helpful, during our stay and during check in/out.

Our room was compact, but clean and comfortable. Great location for the Haupbahnhof, Christkindl Markt, and shopping along Kaufingerstrasse. I would definitely stay here again.
