Property is new and pretty nice. Location is just ok. had to Uber to the city to see events we had planned, that was a bit of an expense. I stayed at the property Friday and then again Sunday. I left my very expensive pillow at the hotel, (my fault, I own that) BUT, I called the hotel to let them know not long after we left from the road, and they relayed to me that they would look for it and set aside for me since I was returning. Got back back to the property on Sunday. 1) their software system went down. Ok, I get it, things like this happen. My sons and I sat in the lobby as they tried to figure out the issue. They could not, so they took copies of credit card and license. After 4 people checked in, it was my turn, and they were unable to create my key cards! We were told that someone would walk us up to our room and open the door which we did and the key card would not open the door. We were left in the hallway looking like fools as the front desk gent went back down to retrieve another key card.
2) They never found me orthopedic pillow. I asked how that was possible as I phoned in my room number and less than hour after I left?? As my frustration mounted with the all the issues, I lost it and asked the manager how something like this could happen. The cleaning crew could not have gained access to the room as we left at 7:30am!
Manager comped the room, but I would have rather had my pillow returned. I'll not be going back to this property.
