1. Loud noise started 6am and continued thereafter. 2. Spoiled our night after a long flight 3. When reported at 7am, the manager in charge went to room to investigate and said it was kitchen. The noise did not stop. 4. When reported again at 8am, the new manager also confirmed the noise was unacceptable but took no action to stop it or rectify with us. We do not find your customer service acceptable. We won’t be staying with you again. Thank you

マレに夜に到着の便だったので、アンバービーチで1泊した。リゾートへの移動が翌朝早朝の水上飛行機だったので、朝食に間に合わないので弁当を準備して貰えた。また飛行場への送迎も手配して貰えた。 建物もキレイで1泊過ごすには十分なホテルだったと思う。
