The cleaning lady was super sweet. I got sick while i was in Casablanca and puked which the sweet cleaning lady cleaned but the front desk assistant were kinda weird and never smiled. the bathroom sink was clogged and we called to get it fixed at around 10 pm but no one showed up (I understand if they dont provide that service at night but they could have mentioned it that they will come tomorrow) we were told that they will be there any minute. but no one showed up for the whole night. Next day we called again to get someone to unclog the sink, someone showed up 2 hrs later.

Staff friendly and helpfull. Clean and food freshly cooked. You get what you pay for. And using that as a base this was very good. If i wanted the Ritz i would have paid for the Ritz. This hotel ticks all the boxes for regular frindly good service etc. Thank you at the hotel.

What an amazing little hotel in Casablanca city center. Walking distance to many places. Wonderful aspects are staff who are kind and professional, and has a wonderful sense of humor. My friend and I stayed two nights and later in the week, she stayed another. Khadijah the front desk person is amazing!!! We enjoyed each other’s humor the whole time! The hotel is older and definitely could use some small cosmetic up-keep. That should not deter travelers who are interested in value and convenience. The food is definitely also good value for money. Breakfast especially.

Very tired and old. The hallways were dirty. The rooms need refurbishing. Staff were friendly and helpful

The room access card kept not working so had to make my down to re-validate. The toilet wash basin didn’t drain out but was quickly fixed. People were relatively nice . I think they’ve charged the service fee twice but then it’s only 20MAD
